In all my experiences with Intercounty Estate Agents the team were friendly and helpful with all enquiries. There were good handovers between team members which meant if the person I needed to speak to in the office wasn't in then somebody else was always able to deal with my enquiry. I would highly recommend Intercounty services to all.

Luke and Jack in the Chelmsford branch have both been so helpful! moving can be so stressful but they have been amazing and answered any questions that we have asked. They have dealt with everything so quickly too we got the property last Wednesday and get the keys this Thursday Would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you all so much!

Excellent service from both Nicholas the branch manager at Braintree and then from Jake Frisby who regularly kept me up to date with the purchase of our new home. Friends recommended us to rent through intercounty who has been renting already with them. We had our viewing with the agent Harry S, who was on time, not pushy at all and with all the information about the flat ready for us. Also helping us by replying very quickly to our emails when in doubts. Great attention from every agent in the office as well, definitely will spread the word.

The team at intercounty have been outstanding throughtout the process of sale and purchase. I've never once had to chase for updates I've had weekly calls even if there wasn't anything to report, With 7 in the chain that's a huge task! Jenny in particular has been fantastic and has made what could have been a very stressful time completely stress free! I'm incredicle grateful to the team for all their help.

I'm surprised she didn't get annoyed from me constantly badgering her about updates, she was honest, friendly, and gave lots of advice which was way out of her remit. A benchmark for all agents!

I have used Intercounty once to buy a property and was not impressed with their efficiency and knowledge. The process of buying would have been much shorter if they had kept their mind on the process.As for using them as a letting agency, I have mixed feelings. but I have found their staff both good and friendly but lacking in efficiency. they are no worse than other agencies I have used.
