Right from day one, the intercounty staffs at Bishops Stortford are very dedicated and professional. I would like to thank Megan, Jake and Ellen Stone. Special thanks goes to Doug Whybrow for his excellent after sales services. I am glad that I have choosen Intercounty Estate Agent for my house sales. I would definately recommand to everyone.

Very stressful and complicated house move that's taken 7 months! Experience was made easier by both Lois and Matt who not only gave helpful advice, kept the whole chain up to date but provided a huge amount of support. We got there in the end and move on Friday and I could not have asked for better service.

The service provided by Intercounty, in particular Andrew Kershaw, undoubtedly added value. The valuation was accurate and the agent's knowledge and experience in the local market ensured a number of off-market viewings and a sale within 2 weeks of listing. Andrew was crucial in negotiating and communicating between all parties involved. I would happily recommend Andrew and Intercounty.

GoogleWe are a tenant through this agency and all the staff are helpful. When we report issues they liase with the owner and organise servicepersons to come by at times around our schedule and every contractor they have ever sent (in two years with a plethora of issues) has been polite and professional and helpful and genuinely motivated to get the job done well- not just a patch up job. If I were a landlord I would be happy to use this company as they do inspections - take photos and keep electronic records of issues raised with these pictures so if you call up, whomever is working can easily be up to speed about the issue. As a tenant they are fair and responsive and always call you back, are happy to receive emails with videos and pictures of issues and keep you in the loop so you can plan your life around repairs - and in our case plan our pups to be either out or aside.

GoogleWe have been in recent contact with Intercounty Dunmow and they have been so helpful from the first call. Karl managed to come round and value our house within the same week and set up a call with both the solicitor and mortgage broker. Myself and my husband are so impressed with the quick turn around and level of attention to detail. Karl really put us at ease as selling our home is a huge decision but we are really looking forward to working alongside him and the team.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on a new house having sold our own through Intercounty in Dunmow. The entire staff have been superb throughout in every way but this review is to recognise the outstanding communication and professional skills of Katie at Intercounty. Right from the start she made sure that we were updated on any developments on our move and managed to contact solicitors and agents up and down the chain. It wasn’t the easiest sale with two houses falling through but she stuck with it and did a fabulous job. We knew what was going on when and when the chain needed prodding she did it quickly and just on the right way. Great work and seriously appreciated.Thanks.

Me and my partner can not even describe how happy we are with how much she helped us, not only did she find us a house but she found us a home for our family of 3 and couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to assist us. Very very polite, professional and down to earth and it was as if I was speaking to one of my friends. GoogleIntercounty Dunmow have been nothing short of outstanding to deal with. They were fantastic at assisting us with viewings, actively helping us select properties that met our criteria. We found our perfect home with them and the customer care has continued to a very high standard, with every email responded to promptly, all queries dealt with well and support throughout the process. All agents have been wonderful to deal with, but namely Jake and Katie - thank you so much for being everything we could ask for in an agent and more!

GoogleCannot fault the service we’ve received from Karl Graham . We’ve been in our current home for over 20yrs. We were a bit anxious but when Karl came he was very professional knowledgeable and put us totally at ease . He arranged to have some wonderful marketing photos video and a virtual tour of house. We’re looking forward to progressing through the sale of our house with the support of Karl and the rest of the Dunmow Intercounty team.
