'Above and Beyond' is an understatement of the service we have received from David, Gerardine and Cormac from Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds. We moved from New Zealand to Dungarvan during a Pandemic, bought a house and moved here and the whole process has been seamless due to the teams expertise and professionalism. They truly have been our guardian Angels. From communication across the world to our arrival in Ireland, food in the cupboard and a bed to sleep in as we have arrived with nothing, the service and support just hasn't stopped. The team continue to support us settling in and offering advice and contacts as we need them. We have moved from the other side of the world and placed our complete trust in Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds in relocating to Ireland and we couldn't be happier. What an amazing team, thank you so much we just love our house, location and Ireland and couldn't have done it without you. Unfortunately I am living a nightmare…

Unfortunately I am living a nightmare due to Sheery Fitzgerald. Im renting an apartamento for 2600 eur/month for almost 6 months and still didnt receive any one for Maintance and inspection. I currently dont have hot water neither heating system, for 2 days. They dont give any support, and the answer is "we need to wait", no other option presented. They "makeup" the apartment for the view before renting, when you move in, you start finding that the apartment is totally in bad conditions. Repeating, it is a 2600 eur/month apartament, now a old one. If you looking for a rent, do not rent with Sherry Fitzgerald, after signed the contract you are totally alone!

Avoid their incompetent Lettings agents

We used SherryFitzgerald to manage our rental property in D8 for 2 years. During the period, they inspected the property 4 times and told us it was all ok to be re-let. However on my own inspection I found serious water damage in 3 area that were totally ignored and cost 1000’s to put right. After a complaint was raised and followed up, nothing was admitted so we fired them! They are incompetent and just want to churn properties. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
