He also is quick to pick up the phone and he gets back very fast if he is busy. The lady they have working in reception is really lovely woman and has a really nice way about her and is more than helpful. Excellent run family company.

TrustpilotUnprofessional - never stick to commitment
I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.
