Pleased to be able to contribute a positive review for the Dunfermline branch, especially as our tenancy comes to an end. It has been over 2 years since we moved into the property and Mathew has been consistently communicative and on top of all issues we notified him of. We appreciated that this 1:1 management allowed us to build up an acquaintance over that time. It also meant a lot that he made time for cuddles with our dog during his visits, as she can be a bit nervous with people in her space. All in all, the Dunfermline branch restored my good opinion of letting agencies in general. Wishing Mathew all the best for the future :)

Outstanding customer service from Your Move Dunfermline. From the very first phone call enquiring about putting our house up for sale, right through to securing a buyer the staff have -all been excellent. Victoria was our first introduction, she visited our property and was so professional and friendly to deal with. Jane also supported us during the early stages, keeping in touch so we were really clear on next steps. Suzanne then stepped in once our property went on the market and has been fantastic throughout the whole process. Keeping us updated every step of the way, supporting us with viewings and any queries we’ve had. Nothing has been too much for her to deal with and we’re so grateful. As soon as we got in touch to enquire about selling our house with them, we were provided with excellent advice and information. They were then very quick to get the ball rolling in terms of valuation and photographs. They were very professional, but also extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.
