I’ve been using this company for years. They have always been professional and done their best for me. I don’t understand why there are so many 1 star reviews and suspect that are from a competitor. I also have noticed the complete lack of 2 and 3 star reviews which is strange.

we have called them tomake an offer so many times then we have been told to wait for an email when we called back we have been told that there were too many offers so we cant make one, it was soo frustrating to hear that as we could of made an offer but due to their irresponsible behaviour I will never try to do anything with this company

Avoid at all costs also from a Landlord perspective. Property not managed, promises of return calls which do not happen, when you ring them you find that the person who was supposed to return call is either on holiday or has left the company ......

Bad experience! When it was time to received the deposit they did a report (check in and check out of the flat). The problem is that we never did it at the beginning and only them did it so they said the flat was perfect without any type of damage. We waited 3 weeks for our deposit because what they said in the report of check out was totally wrong. Never again with them!

TrustpilotYou cannot choose a worse agent
They seem very helpful until you pay those ridiculous fees and then all of a sudden they become horribly unprofessional. You have to remind them of your requests several times and even then they don't act. They ignore your emails or, in the lucky case, answer them in one sentence. At the end they try to rip you off your deposit a claim even more for non-existing 'damage' of the property. Run away from them!

they lied to me and many issues.they raise their voices .. not polite at all..they charged me beyond what is required for the last payment...they failed to do most of the required repairs. for this point..the landlord has a big share of the responsibility...

Absolutely disgusting. Everyone for the group booking turned up and we were told 30 mins later it was cancelled. When we rang up they were completely unprofessional and rude on the phone. Don't think they realise people have to pay money and take time off work to get to theae viewings

Poor experience selling property advised Martin and co estate agent on several occasions I had my doubts regard the authenticity of a cash buyer however was encouraged to hold on after 5 months still no completion date very unsatisfactory service and changed to a different estate agent would not use again

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend at all moved into a property in September, reported my boiler not working correctly and it’s January and still not fixed after contacting them over and over again you feel your banging your head of a wall constant trying to get things done. They are everyone’s worst nightmare not what you want especially when you’re renting for the first time too. Absolute joke !

A very bad company. Avoid Avoid Avoid. They will try to take all of your deposit and claim crazy expenses when you end your tenancy with them. Cutting grass of a small front garden will cost you GBP160 .. can you believe it? they are very nice when you sign the contract and then when you go they show you the bad face. AVOID

They took over from our old agents, honestly They do naff all. Our wall is covered in damp and we've been trying to contact them to get someone to come sort it since june, it's now October and I've Got a baby due in 3weeks. Now the wall is completely covered, starting to get sick from it and still they say 'theyre sorting it' are they chuff. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dreadful experience, was asked to act as a guarantor for a friends student and the process was ridiculous! It is as if you are buying the property not just guaranteeing the rent and we are severely liable for the whole house, an archaic position to be in nowadays. Plenty of other letting agencies now offering independent guarantees for the individual tenant only. Avoid this company!

wish it could be zero as many others have said.didnt bother checking when my tenant moved out, didnt bother for three weeks to check it despite me being an overseas landlord, didnt bother to reply to emails, no head office they say to complain to, havent bothered to refund money they took. Emailed and telephoned re flat to let in Scunthorpe, I was told would be in touch with me twice. No communication what so ever and when complained was told several people work in the office, need to send staff on a customer service review. Manager emailed me after reading my review and said don't bother using their company again. Response says it all !!!

I have had to come on and have a read of other people experiences with this estate agents as mine was just awful! I see others have had the same issues as me, my holding deposit was taken and property offered to me and my daughters for them to them re advertise the house on their site! Disgusting
