I contacted Rosie to book a viewing for a property and received a very prompt reply with various times that would suit me. Paige greeted me on arrival and was fantastic showing me around the property whilst answering any questions I had. I was made to feel so comfortable and nothing was too silly to ask - particularly as a first-time buyer! I received great communication from Paige after the viewing, as I was intrigued to have a few things answered by the sellers, which was replied to instantly. I was so ecstatic I put a verbal offer in on the same day and it was accepted! Couldn’t be happier - fantastic customer service and went the extra mile. Thank you so much x

I started by asking a list of questions by email and then over the phone. The staff are superb, very quick to get back to you with any questions and go above and beyond to ensure you are happy at each stage of the selling of your property.All of the staff are pleasant and build a good caring rapport with clients. All relevant work within the procedure of selling your property is done in excellent time, well organised and updates are very regular. Fresh, crisp, innovative were the things we thought about Rosie and her team throughout the 6 weeks our house was on the market. The communication from her after each step of the process as well as after every viewing were clear, concise and comprehensive, and she didn’t leave room for cause for concern or uncertainty. Selling a house can be very stressful and we felt that Rosie Fraser took a lot of that stress off us by making the entire process crystal clear. She delivered what she said she was going to deliver and it was clear that she was constantly going that extra mile for us. As her clients, we felt supported throughout the process, especially during the middle weeks where there was very little interest on our property. She was very reassuring and we felt that her words were not just lip service or plain sales chat, but were actual statements made with conviction that could only come from experience and knowledge of the local property market. We sold our house after being on the market for 6 or so weeks, and while we had a house that sold itself, it was with Rosie and her team’s hard work on focusing on the important details that helped highlight the unique features and selling points of our home. Rosie Fraser was truly excellent. We met her at our flat to discuss buying new house for us which we found on the Rosie Fraser Agency website. We were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Their response was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously.
