GoogleVery poor customer service. Spoke to a Laura who was dismissive and very rude on the phone. I needed to discuss my mother's details a few weeks back.

GoogleAfter 6 phone calls. 1 email. No replies. Told I will get a call back. No calls. Really disgusting service. Really not happy. Would love to be able to contact someone high up to complain but I can't get to speak to anyone.

GoogleVery sketchy, potentially criminal outfit. My Sister committed suicide while Blackadders had guardianship of her finances, something they seem to do to a lot of legally disabled people. We are suing them for accounting fraud

GoogleSolicitors here have piss poor communication skills. Will reassure you everything will be dealt with efficiently then leave you with no information for weeks and then let someone else do the job since it's too much for them. Please avoid this place anywhere else is cheaper anyway.
