GoogleGreat place to store your stuff. Danny and Gavin were really friendly & helpful and the prices were reasonable (they had a pretty good deal going on when I left my things with them for the summer). The whole process was pretty simple and straightforward which is great for students who don't want any hassle.

GoogleHayley, Andy and Gav were very helpful with all the paperwork, ensured the storage container was the right size, made sure we had enough time to unload (offering to stay late if needed!) and even got me a discount when we needed to upsize container at the last minute! Great service.

GoogleI found my whole experience with Armadillo to be absolutely fantastic., faultless and very easy. Bianca, Liam and Simon wete incredibly helpful and cheery at every visit I had. GoogleGood facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Access times proved more limiting than expected. Corridor lights were on a timer, which meant you had to leave the locker and walk up the corridor every 5 minutes to reset them.

GoogleFirst of First of all, let's begin with the reason why I chose Armadillo. I am a 21yo EU uni student who was obviously seeking the most convenient storage company. This to explain I have no second purpose in writing this review --it was solely random that I chose Armadillo. After sending an email to all storage companies in Dundee (not going to mention them), Armadillo replied with an offer that was already helping me save 250 GBP for a box of the same dimensions with the second-best company found in town. I also looked for online services, such as the one I used last year, but the truth is that it was a scam compared to Armadillo. Arrived on site, a staff member named Andrew kindly took my details to get the paperwork ready while I was still unloading the taxi that brought me to Armadillo. No rush at all, but efficiently in life is vital, and time is precious. They sure know this in Armadillo. Unfortunately, I had to ask them to change my storing box since the one I booked was too small to make all my boxes fit into it, but they quickly sorted it out. At first, I was asked by Andrew if I wished to see with my eyes the precise storing box I had booked with Armadillo so to allow me to double-check they were not trying to push me to buy an unnecessary upgrade in terms of box dimensions. It was one below ground and also effectively too small for the stuff I had with me, but this is my mistake, of course. Before exiting from the main office with Andrew to go see the initial storing box I had booked, another staff member, named Ritchie, came into help to start working out the exact price of the upgrade of my storing room in case the one I was about to visit was indeed too small. You should already know by now I had to change room because the one I had chosen was admittedly too small, but the cool thing here again is the teamwork between these two guys, who were working together in a very synchronized and efficient way. Because yes, of course, when I got back 5 minutes later from visiting my initial storing room, Ritchie had already done the math to help me find the best possible price by taking into account I am a university student and furthermore, an international one (which means more costs, in case this is not clear to everybody). Once back in the main office, the two of them took some time to discuss the final price and see if they could help me in any other way with any additional possible discount while I was peacefully relaxing on the comfy customer's chair in front of their desk. Not too long after, they ended up with a real deal worthing about 50%. With the same price I paid for this upgrade, I could afford a "room" 4 times smaller with the second-best storage company which its slogan is "We guarantee to beat any comparable quote by 10%!". Sure, go fool somebody else. You might be wondering now, what kind of room they assigned me, and in what conditions it was to be so affordable. Well, since I might need a courier to get into the room, pick up one of the boxes and ship it to me, they assigned a room 20m far from the main office, on the same floor. The conditions?! I could probably even eat pasta with spicy meatballs on my room's flooring (yes, I'm joking on Italian stereotypes as that is the country I come from). So yes, it definitely worth it. Oh, one last thing! I booked it for 32 weeks, but if I have to cancel my contract, they will refund me with 100% of the money that hasn't been used. Choose efficiency, which means time and this last means more hours for relaxing, earning money or living happily in any way you prefer, away from bureaucracy stuff.

Very friendly chatty staff. Extremely helpful. Chatty lad with spectacles and girl working that day couldn't have been more helpful. Will be reccomending to everyone. * Left over boxes made awesome cat hotel.
