GoogleWhat a fantastic team! So friendly and polite while still super professional, from the time my plans around my move up from London went awry and I had to get things plan B sorted over the phone - Hayley was so quick to get everything ready in time for my arrival. All the way through the duration of the storage, courier deliveries and the removals service moving my boxes, the entire Armadillo team was very kind and went out of the way to help. Nothing but praises and masses of gratitude for them!

YellHayley was AMAZING!!
Hayley was really friendly and helpful. She called on the day to ensure everything was going to plan. We were stressed since the removal team we hired were late and the storage facility was about to close but she kindly went above and beyond, staying over her shift time to accommodate us. Armadillo are SO lucky to have her working there and she made our whole experience of checking in and moving into the storage room smooth and relaxed.

GoogleOnce again Gavin comes up trumps with the quality of customer service and his reassurance in dealing with whatever is thrown at him. Through my own error today, my car keys fell from my unit to the one below through a gap and although they could be seen, they couldn't be retrieved. Gavin then went about solving the problem through liaison with the customer and his own support at other sites and his on-call manager. Eventually consensus was agreed with all parties and the lock on the other customers unit was cut and very careful due process was followed, in recording the cuttinging lock and recording the retrieval of my keys and the lock being replaced. This experience was hugely reassuring about the security of my unit and that Gavin although will do everything to help, he will not compromise on protecting customers and their units. Thanks so much Gavin...and of course to Simon who has also made my time at Armadillo Dundee such a breeze.

GoogleFive out of five in every aspect - originally sent for a quote and received a call from Liam who was chatty and friendly even though we were a few weeks out from reserving he was kind and gave us some useful advice . I was also lucky to speak to Bianca on the phone who was again kind and thoughtful and answered all my questions . Finally on check in day we met Simon who was friendly and chatty too and explained the whole progress for us going forward . From the start these guys have made things easy and simple which is greatly needed when moving house! If you need storage in Dundee area - these guys are the ones to use!

GoogleBooking my storage was very easy and straight forward thanks to Gavin. While dropping off my first load for my storage room I was met in reception by Laura who promptly showed me my room then Angela got all the details sorted out very quickly. I was shown where to access trolleys to transport all my stuff and my access code was double checked before I was left. Thanks guys!!
