Good conveyancing, poor customer service. My conveyancer was a pleasure to deal with, she made my home purchase easy for me. These solicitors do not offer printed copies of documents from conveyancing which was disappointing. As for customer service it was abysmal. The one time I came in person to sign documents I was treated in contempt by the receptionist. Abysmal way to treat someone paying so much for a service. Therefore 3/5 stars is fair and I would go elsewhere if you want better in person treatment.
