Absolutely Amazing Service from Angie McDonald at Chamber Practice, chatting through all the ins and outs of selling. Amazing photographs and videos, so relaxed, friendly and professional. Blair the surveyor which Angie sorted for me too was brilliant. Communication was so fluent and amazing. Then Leah for talking through my buying options, giving amazing advice and options. I cannot thank the staff at Chambers Practice enough. I was recommended by a family member to go through them and they are so amazing. No hard sales talks just patient, professional, so down to earth. When I found my perfect property Claire Morris dealt with my purchase. Claire was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming, absolutely professional and thorough talking me through every single aspect of my purchase. Claire made sure everything was clear to me and let me know step by step daily how things were moving along. Her knowledge and professionalism are amazing. Every single time I called she always was on hand to answer my call. We only had just under 4 weeks to sell my property and purchase my new property and this was done so seamlessly because of the professionalism of The Chambers Practice. I have bought and sold houses for over 30 years and can honestly say Claire and her team at Chambers Practice are without a doubt Simply The Best. Chamber practice have made things so easy and stress free , They have sold my flat in record time and bought a new property for me all in less than 4 days . First of all Angie came and gave me a valuation of my property and let me know the procedure step by step also giving me time to think things over, she was so easy going I think i gave her my life story. She came back a few days later and took fantastic photos and videos and put them on line and on there Web page . So my property went up on Thursday night at 5pm and it was sold on the following Monday morning ( a record im thinking ) If your thinking of selling dont go any further than Chamber Property/ estate agents and solicitors it's great they are in the one place so everyone knows what is happening with your property. Complications arose at multiple points from either side of the chain and at every point where a problem or potential problem occurred Janet and Aliyah were nothing short of incredible.
