My wife's friend recommended me to Ms Lisa and Mr Scott. I want to purchase a flat by myself without any brokers or consultants. I requested Ms Lisa, my solicitor, to make my proposed offer less than 2% above the property value. I was surprised and happy that Ms Lisa got an offer accepted on the same day without any hassle of negotiations. Though I was so busy with my work projects and business trips, it didn't impact my paperwork and transaction because Ms Emma organised very smoothly, and I asked agreed upon my date of entry, and I got the keys on the same day. I am mindful of formal written acceptance, home report, purchase invoice etc. However, Ms Emma was very patient with me about numerous tiny queries, and the meetings took longer than expected. Ms Lisa and Ms Emma answered my questions and gave me invaluable advice too. They are professional and friendly. So, I am happy that I decided to use their excellent service to buy a flat. So if you ask me for my recommendation, I would say the Chamber Practice.
