GoogleSold me a site. The owner then changed the shape of the site completely without my knowledge. Brian didnt even inform me. I had to find out myself. He wouldn't return my calls. I was fobbed off every time I called. They weren't too forthcoming with my deposit either. I had to wait over a week for Brian to ok it. Terrible experience from start to finish. Rented me an apartment with dog urine ava mold everywhere. Very slow to fix things during the tenancy. Kept my deposit at end for no reason.

Keenly priced service. Accurate determination of the asking price relative to the expected selling price, which surpassed the asking price by about 12%. Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.
