The sale of the House went through without a hitch due to the professional manner of the team at Stacks, we cannot praise them enough for their help in selling the House, Great team, we hope to do Business with them again in the future. Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agency. We are incredibly pleased with the service we received from SherryFitzgerald Carroll for home purchase. We were abroad when we started the process and this didn't hinder them from delivering top-notch service. They were quick in sending us information on available properties in our desired community and promptly responded to every question we had. We are especially grateful to Karl who did tours of potential properties via Zoom. He was honest in giving us all the information we needed about the properties leading us to making an informed decision. Best of all, Karl helped us find a temporary accommodation whilst we were waiting for our house to be completed and our mortgage approval to come through. We owe Karl big time! Unprofessional - never stick to commitment

I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.
