Ed gave us trustworthy information concerning our property and likely buyers. As sellers living abroad, he coordinated the sale from end to end and even managed to find a new rental property for our outgoing tenant. He was always extremely courteous and respectful and indeed responsive, making himself easily contactable whenever his advice was needed. GoogleJust purchased a home from Ed Dempsey. Ed could not have done anymore for us as buyers. He knew we were the right people for the home and supported us through one of the most stressful times of our lives. Ed always got back to us with regular updates and was prompt and highly professional at all times. He even met us late on Friday in rush hour traffic to get the keys to us so we could finally access the property. Highly recommended for selling/buying.

GoogleBarry organised a first time letting for us recently and he was extremely helpful and professional throughout, guiding us through the process and always at the end of the phone if needed. I would highly recommend him. The online portal for maintainence issues seems to work very well for both parties and I would like to mention Padraig who has been on hand to sort out some repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

A number of issues arose as part of the legals on the transaction, and without Barry's professional behaviour & keeping the lines of positive communication open, I'm not sure it would have gotten over the line.

GoogleLast year I put a house on the market using the services of Ed Dempsey & Associates. It was a particularly difficult sale, not only because of Covid19 but the property had been under renovation and I was not in a position to proceed any further with the completion of the works. Ed came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. He did a wonderful job in presenting the house, complete with excellent professional photographs, 360 degree views and a virtual reality tour of the whole house. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis regarding progress in relation to enquiries and interest in the property. He personally kept an eye on the property as I was based some distance away and due to travel restrictions was unable to visit the house myself. The sale of the house was completed to my satisfaction, with all its complications and problems which Ed undertook and resolved. GoogleTwice I have used this company to sell properties under challenging circumstances and I have had a very positive outcome and experience on both occasions. Ed is passionate about his work and is not afraid to dole out tough advice in order to achieve the best outcome. Barry has a fantastic can do attitude and an understanding that it is the little things that get a sale across the line. The office staff are excellent at backing them up also. It isn't often that you come across a company that is willing to 'tell you like it is' as opposed to overselling you just to get your business. They are client centered and understanding.
