GoogleEd sold our house recently and we were delighted with the service he provided. Very professional. Always available, constantly keeping us updated. We also dealt with Barry Mc Cormack for the sale and in lettings, again the same great service provided by Barry. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleRefused to allow us to see or bid on the house despite showing them proof of funds.. next time at least have the decency to take the house off the market instead of outright refusing clients the right to bid on what was supposed to be an open market..

GoogleBooked a valuation. Took time off work to be there to meet the valuer at the agreed appointment time. Received a call after the agreed time from the estate agent’s main office to say valuer was running late from a previous appointment. Surely a call to alert me of this before the appointment time was possible. Valuer arrived very late, apologising & explained the person booking their appointments had booked a totally unrealistic arrival time, given the time/distance to travel from his previous appointment to meet me. The experience certainly didn’t inspire confidence in me and I ended up being dead late back to work as a result. Poor.

GoogleI thought we were getting the full 5 star treatment from Ed and team, but upon looking at other recent reviews I am amazed to see others feel the same about their experience with these guys. What an achievement to give clients that level of satisfaction! Ed and team helped us sell our home, a pretty challenging sale but we got there in the end. I cannot recommend Ed and team enough, and I must say the overall experience of these guys really really helped us even in our onwards purchase, and that experience is truly invaluable.
