FacebookWe recently needed the services of a solicitor to help us buy and sell a home. We had decided to use a new law firm having being disappointed with previous legal services. We found Primrose and Gordon and looked at their reviews and they seemed positive and we proceeded with them after a first contact. We are very pleased we did! We were put in touch with a solicitor called Joshua Ward. We are now at the end of a successful house sale. There were a couple of unexpected challenges (from the buyer's end) that occurred during the process, however, Joshua was on the ball at every turn. So if you want a service from someone who absolutely knows his legal facts, someone who has exceptionally high customer service skills / a great communicator and someone you can safely put your trust and confidence into - we can highly recommend Joshua Ward/Primrose and Gordon to you. Not only is he an ambassador for his firm, he is an ambassador for solicitors. Don't waste your time looking any further - just contact Joshua and then get the job done right.

GoogleI first went to Primrose & Gordon for my salon lease. I won't lie, I didnt have a clue! Mr Lawson helped me through each part and explained it in terms I could understand. I have also had a few issues with harrassment and they where super efficient at sending letters and helped it to settle. I have just completed a lease for a new property after another fell through (thankfully, as the landlords definitely shown their colours). Without the very high standard of detail Mr Lawson works at I may have been stuck with terrible landlords. As such I have a brilliant new landlord and great lease. I've picked up some new skills myself, but was confident and understood every part of the process thanks to Primrode & Gordon. I would highly recommend them for business and personal.

FacebookWe sold and bought a house using Primrose and Gordon within a 2 month period. We found them to be professional and efficient. The whole process was effortless. Communication with Josh was good and he explained the process clearly and kept us up to date. We chose Primrose and Gordon because they are a trustworthy local firm. We have also used them for making wills and power of attorney. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI can highly recommend Primrose and Gordon. We first used them 7 years ago then again for our current house move which culminated in us moving into our new home last week. Everything went very smoothly and found John Lawson and his team very efficient. We only had one little issue which was nothing to do with Primrose and Gordon and John Lawson suggested a solution which was not only very favourable but better than our original solution.

GoogleMany, many thanks to John Lawson (and his team) at Primrose & Gordon for his professionalism, humour and unflappable support. Without his efforts, my parents' home move would not have happened so quickly and smoothly. I thoroughly recommend Primrose and Gordon to anyone buying or selling their home. Kind regards, Mark Painter

GoogleIf I could score John Lawson and Primrose and Gordon higher than 5 stars I would. A thoroughly professional service at a very fair price. We had a chain in our house sale In England to support our move from England to Scotland, so there were a number of enquiries, delays with other parties involved and some concerns on our part, but all of these were handled impeccably, professionally and in a timely manner by John and his Primrose and Gordon colleagues. All queries on our part resulted in a same day response and a telephone call to determine next course of action, his advice and what to expect. I would highly recommend Primrose and Gordon and John Lawson in particular for any conveyancing matters as this was by far the smoothest and least stressful part of the process of house move. Cannot recommend him and this company highly enough.

GoogleJohn Lawson from Primrose and Gordan has dealt with two house purchases for us and I cannot recommend his services highly enough. He is responsive and thorough and takes the time to sort out complex issues as they arise in a timely manner. I have recommended his services to family and friends and they have all also experienced exceptional service from him. He is without any doubt the best solicitor we have ever dealt with in terms of his knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic. Primrose and Gordon are the only firm we will be using for any future legal requirements.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookThis is the second time we have used Primrose and Gordon and can thoroughly recommend them. Both times Josh went above and beyond to ensure stress free transactions. Very professional but approachable we will certainly use them again.

FacebookJoshua Ward dealt with our house purchase in D&G for our move from England. We were concerned at the start of the process about how the two different house transaction systems the two countries operate would be meshed together smoothly. Joshua put our minds at rest right from the start and coordinated matters with our English conveyor. The move went completely smoothly and we were delighted with the service we received from Primrose and Gordon.

GoogleMy family have been clients of Primrose & Gordon for over thirty years and we have utilised their services for will writing, property transactions, powers of attorney and executry and without exception the service they have provided has been second to none. I live in Aberdeen, but being distant has not proved a handicap in my dealings with them. Over the last two years they have had a number of issues to deal with on my behalf and I cannot praise the advice, good communication and very high level of professional service I have received from John Lawson all his staff. The "nothing is too much trouble" ethic is very much in evidence in Primrose & Gordon and I would highly recommend them if you need a good solicitor or estate agent.

GoogleMy wife & I have been very impressed with the service we received from Primrose & Gordon while selling our cottage. We had a large number of viewings which attests to their marketing ability The conveyancing was handled by John Lawson who displayed the perfect combination of legal knowledge, calm efficiency and excellent interpersonal skills making what could have been a difficult experience actually quite stress free. He was ably supported by staff who were pleasant and unfailingly helpful. In spite of problems generated by the purchaser's solicitors, John dealt effectively with each issue that arose and kept us constantly updated. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
