FacebookJoshua Ward dealt with our house purchase in D&G for our move from England. We were concerned at the start of the process about how the two different house transaction systems the two countries operate would be meshed together smoothly. Joshua put our minds at rest right from the start and coordinated matters with our English conveyor. The move went completely smoothly and we were delighted with the service we received from Primrose and Gordon.

GoogleMy wife & I have been very impressed with the service we received from Primrose & Gordon while selling our cottage. We had a large number of viewings which attests to their marketing ability The conveyancing was handled by John Lawson who displayed the perfect combination of legal knowledge, calm efficiency and excellent interpersonal skills making what could have been a difficult experience actually quite stress free. He was ably supported by staff who were pleasant and unfailingly helpful. In spite of problems generated by the purchaser's solicitors, John dealt effectively with each issue that arose and kept us constantly updated. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

GoogleMy family have been clients of Primrose & Gordon for over thirty years and we have utilised their services for will writing, property transactions, powers of attorney and executry and without exception the service they have provided has been second to none. I live in Aberdeen, but being distant has not proved a handicap in my dealings with them. Over the last two years they have had a number of issues to deal with on my behalf and I cannot praise the advice, good communication and very high level of professional service I have received from John Lawson all his staff. The "nothing is too much trouble" ethic is very much in evidence in Primrose & Gordon and I would highly recommend them if you need a good solicitor or estate agent.

Even when the news broke about mortgage offers being pulled as the banks were panicking they remained calm and efficient. Suzanne Wade deserves special praise for her work.

FacebookI phoned primrose and Gordon as a family member needed a solicitor immediately. I was assured a solicitor would get back to me. I had to phone a further 2 times. Yet no solicitor got back to me at all. I phoned another solicitor in Dumfries and the got back to me within 15 minutes and are now dealing with it.

GoogleWould recommend them highly for friendly and efficient staff at all levels. Going into a solicitors, or other legal location, can prove quite daunting for various reasons for some people, however our experience has been nothing but feeling at ease as soon as you are greeted by any member of staff.
