Caledonia Bureau Dumbarton reviews

Professional and efficient - I had the house valued from a few agents as one does, however Caledonia Bureua seemed to be the only agent that wanted my business, as they followed thru with a promised phone call on the day agreed. I found the whole team friendly and always returned calls and answered queries. there was no selling other products, just a mere suggestion. the process seems to be so smooth I had to call back and ask if there is any problems. My personal contact Gemma, is an absolute star, as are all the team. JOB WELL DONE, AND A MASSIVE THANK YOU

Unpleasant experience from a manager with a superior attitude - seems being a tenant and can't afford to buy means putting up with slow to repair or no repairs to job much needed doing. They dismiss some repairs without seeing them or even …

As a new Landlord I cannot praise Caledonia highly enough for their professionalism and assistance. All the staff exceed every aspect of customer service. I will have no hesitation in recommending this organisation and look forward to a continued relationship.

*****AVOID***** The behaviour of this agency is basically the reason legislation has been put in place to protect tenants. They operate a very overbearing approach towards tenants, ignore all repairs and will attempt anything, make up anything to keep your deposit. Seriously, you don't expect much, but these people are ruthless. I wonder who actually wrote a positive review? Unless you are totally desperate, with no other option - AVOID THIS AGENCY!

I was looking to buy a property advertised via Caledonia Bureau and I was very impressed not only by the estate agent who showed me round the property but also Gemma and all the girls in the office. They were very prompt to respond to my queries and kept me informed on the progress of the sale. I couldn't have asked for anything more from them. Many thanks.

I have used Caledonia bureau (now Caledonia property) over many years both for selling and buying houses/flats and renting them out. I would not trust anyone else to manage my property affairs. The service given by the whole team at Caledonia property is first class and second to none. They are ultra reliable and go the extra mile for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful team at Caledonian Bureau, Hayley and her colleagues have been very helpful in the first few months of my new flat. Always emailing to check on any repairs needing done and making sure I’m getting on okay. The process from enquiring to getting the keys was quick and painless too. Highly recommend 👍 …

Trying to fleece a full deposit out of a vulnerable sick woman for cleaning when there was proof a professional cleaner was used for end of tenancy. Home inspections every 3 months. Rolling contracts every 2 months. Stay away from this company like the plague.
