GoogleFrom the moment I chose Fletcher&Co I received nothing but the best customer service. Every question I had was answered, every request I made was met and it was such a smooth and easy process throughout the entire sale of the property. The solicitors suggested provided the same top level of service and made everything so smooth. Communications with Annette, Jeremy and the team was always consistent and they always made sure I understood each step of the process. The whole experience was easy going and seamless, they really master putting the customer’s needs to the forefront of their work. I would highly recommend Fletcher&Co!

GoogleWhy go anywhere else ! From the moment Fletcher and Co took over the sale of my property I knew I had made the correct decision to change estate Agents. I was on the Market for some months with another Derby Estate Agent with little success of a Sale, blaming everything from Brexit to the time of year. It was not until Annette and the team at the Derby Fletcher & Co office got involved that I felt confident I was in great hands and the sale of my house was now just a matter of time and not just a matter of luck. The comparison of the photos , description and service used to Market my home, against the previous estate Agents efforts was incredible, this along with their vast experience and customer base was without doubt the reason for my increased viewings and the inevitable Sale of my home. I wish to take this opportunity to thank Annette and the team for all their efforts and professionalism ,for doing exactly what they said they would do for me and helping myself and my family start a new chapter in our new home. GoogleFletcher and Co have been exceptional to deal with, especially from a rental perspective. Their team are always on hand to answer any queries, with prompt replies and personable nature. Kay, especially is fantastic, and we cannot recommend their services enough. GoogleAnnette and John have been fantastic, buying and selling property is always stressful but with Fletcher & Co they have made the process pleasurable. John understands the Derbyshire market with forensic detail and Annette is amazing at keeping you informed and holding your hand throughout the process. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleVery slow, lazy service. I called over a week ago for just a simple query and was told someone would ring me back. Couple days past and I received nothing, so I chased 3 more times and was told each time “someone would ring me back”. A week had past and I didn’t receive a single phone call. It came to the point where I had to make a fairly stern phone call to get an answer and I finally got an answer 10 minutes later. However, by this time the property was taken - in-fact it was taken days ago and I was never even informed by them. 9 times out of 10 you ring the phone and no one answers and no one returns calls. You have to do all the leg work if you want an answer to your questions. Slow service is not ideal at all when you want to secure a property in good time. I didn’t even receive an apology over this poor service. Avoid if you value your time and effort

GoogleCan't fault them in any way. So efficient, friendly and warm, and really going beyond the call of duty at every stage. No problem when Michelle was on leave, Annette stepped in. Nothing threw them. Fabulous photos and brochure, too, from Jeremy, which really helped sell the house.
