We chose to go with Fletchers having bought the house we just sold through them a little over 6 years ago. With both transactions the team were professional, communicative and always up to date with the latest information. GoogleVerbally agreed to rent a property on a Friday morning. I offered to pay a deposit to secure property and was told I don’t need to because the landlord would love to have me and my partner live there. Then my partner received a phone call on Monday morning saying the property was given to another client. Please don’t agree to something then go back on it. Just be open and honest. GoogleBrilliant Service and friendly staff. Recently completed a purchase of a house with this estate agent and they have been absolutely brilliant throughout. It is no exaggeration to say that had the house been being sold through another agent I don’t think it would have gone through. The staff used their expert knowledge and contacts to ensure the sale was successful and, although we were the buyers and not the sellers, they actually made us feel that we were their clients too. We were so impressed we will only ever use them when selling a property in the future.

GoogleVery professional when they took our house to market, within 2 weeks told us the price was too high ! As I was happy to point out, they priced it. We were bound to their contract for three months, no feedback after viewing, unless asked for. We terminated the contract as soon as it allowed. Basically be prepared for large portions of male bovine excrement.

GoogleAwful customer Service, called 3 weeks ago to view 2 properties, 1 week goes by and no one called me back! So I call again to chase up the appointment and I’m told some one will call me, as of yet still no call it’s nearly week 3 from initial call. Do they even want to sell houses? Shockingly bad service be aware.

GoogleI can't comment on the sales side but the letting side of the company is absolutely abysmal! Luckily the lady in charge of letting was fired for some dodgy stuff but they don't seem to be any better and I never got a sorry for all the stuff that lady put me through as a tenant
