It was good to speak to you on the telephone Mr Dutt. I understand your frustrations if you have been trying to call us and been getting the answering machine. Our lines are often busy and as I explained you are always free to leave a message which we will usually respond to within minutes. As I explained I received a call from our vendor at 7.30pm on the evening of your appointment to view as you had not arrived for your 7.00pm viewing. I then contacted you by mobile asking if you would advise if you were still planning to go to the viewing, unfortunately I heard nothing. I am not sure what the explanation for this was but please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.
