Dear James, I am sorry that you have not experienced a 5 star service from Staves, I would be grateful if you could provide details of how we could have dealt with your interest in a property in a manner that you would have preferred. Unfortunately we cannot accept every offer that comes forward for a property, on average there are 29 buyers for each house in Dronfield so every sale results in 28 disappointed buyers.
