GoogleAll of the team have been so helpful in our purchase. We have had to do many viewings for various reasons and we have always been accommodated. They helped with things that they didn’t have to. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Communication is prompt which is very important in such a stressful time. Nothing negative to say about them!

The communication was good and thankfully I experienced a very positive experience and the sale went through smoothly. GoogleClaire at Oulsnam has been super helpful right from Valuation of my property, through to exchange/completion. Communication has been wonderful, and there was no hassle with arranging viewings. Her friendly approach is what made her stand out from other estate agents too - no question has been any trouble. I was fortunate that my house was only on the market for a week before a sale was agreed - but it was nice to feel we had trust in our agent - which made the process so easy. Claire has also kept in contact regularly throughout, giving updates and checking in, ensuring we have all the information we need. Would definitely recommend Oulsnam! Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.
