GoogleWe have dealt with Ray White properties on a few different occasions over the past 10-15 years for selling properties we had, We can’t recommend them enough, Declan White looked after us on all occasions, he couldn’t have been more professional & friendly to deal with. He made selling the properties streamline, quick sells and guided us through every step. Fantastic family run auctioneers.

GoogleHi all, we are two couples living in Dublin and we met Declan from Raywhite company while looking for an affordable house to get married. The thing about the guy is that he got cunning in this house selling business. It attracts attention with a low price, especially on Saturday, he showed the house and asked for 15 people, saying that everyone wanted this house, and the house you see 200 thousand comes to you as 240 thousand. There is a robbery and immoral policy that the state should definitely intervene in this. Be careful.

GoogleI used Colm White's services to sign a sworn statement and I was very pleased with his kind and professional manner. I would highly recommend him. The only negative aspect of my experience was the receptionist's attitude. My mother and I arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment, and she asked us to wait outside instead of offering us a seat inside. I had to ask if we could wait inside, and she seemed reluctant at first but eventually agreed. I was disappointed by her lack of hospitality. However, Colm's treatment and the overall service were exceptional and deserve a 5-star rating.

GoogleI want to start by saying that if you are looking for a professional, competent and knowledgeable estate agent in Drogheda then look no further than Colm in Ray Whites. From the first moment I contacted him when I was only thinking about selling he was brilliant - He gave me information about termination periods for ending the tenancy in my house. I contacted Colm again at the end of October when the tenants had moved out and I had the house fixed up, painted and ready for sale I was a bit nervous as there were two other houses in the same estate for sale which had been sitting there since May 1st with a different estate agent. Colm put my mind at ease and reassured me that the house would sell. He suggested that we list the house at €175000 as it would attract the attention of more potential purchasers and may start a bidding competition. The two other houses were listed at €185000 and on the day of closing on my house one of the other property’s was still available and the other has just gone sale agreed. Colm got a professional photographer in to the house on the next fine day and the photographs really made the property pop. I should say that I was talking to another agent before I decided to go with Colm and this other agent was talking about coming and taking a few pictures with his mobile phone so you get what you pay for. Colm also gave me the name of a man to carry out the BER assessment on the house and supplied me with the name of a solicitor to act on my behalf. The property went live on Daft.ie and MyHome at the start of November. Colm then organised several viewings which took place over the next couple of weeks and kept me posted after each viewing and about each bid via text message (which is a great service as some times I can not answer the phone in work). The price quickly rose to €185000 which it settled at and I accepted. The whole process (including viewings and bids) lasted less than 3 weeks and the property went sale agreed on the 21st of November. The sale was completed yesterday and I really have to say that I could not be happier with the excellent service I received from Colm - Thank you so much for making what I was expecting to be a really stressful process more simple and straightforward than I had possibly hoped for it to be. To sum up, I have to say Colm has been absolutely brilliant to deal with and I can not recommend him highly enough - Thank you again for a five star service

GoogleI can't recommend Ray White auctioneers highly enough. Declan provided an excellent and friendly service and was very professional right from our first meeting to the close of the sale of the premises. He was always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions or queries I had and also kept me up to date regularly with how things were progressing. Declan also provided a high class service from the professional property photography to all the viewings and secured an amount above the full asking price for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. 5 Stars.

GoogleMy wife and I sold our house recently. There was only one ‘Estate Agents’ that I wanted to use as Ray Whites sponsor a number of sporting events around the town and sponsored my local GAA clubs €10,000 Drop last year. We needed a certain figure in order to move and Declan reassured us that he would do everything in his power to reach that figure. Within 7 working days he achieved slightly more than the figure we had in our mind. Moving house is very stressful and I’m not going to lie and say it wasn’t. However, Declan made it that bit easier. Hopefully, we will never have to use Declan’s services again 😉 , however, if we did we would only look one place. Thanks a million Declan, Colin and Ray. We wish you many successful years ahead!
