Most recently Colm and his team managed the sale of our property professionally and diligently. Photography and listing was prompt, as were the viewings. Colm's understanding of the local market is second to none. I highly recommend this service.

GoogleThe best property agency around Drogheda. I had arrived in Ireland this year with my family and was eager to secure a rental. I remember speaking to Declan at Raywhite and explaining him the situation. At a time when getting a viewing felt like winning a lottery, Declan was able to find me a house and we moved in within 1 week. I had a wonderful experience with Raywhite, even after shifting they are always there to help with any maintenance issue. I would highly recommend Raywhite property for their great service and excellent professionalism.

GoogleWe tried to purchase our first property with Raywhite, they are very assistive with us. Answers all our quiries quickly and very easy to reach out. All questions regarding the property and documents needed were provided whenever we asked for them. However things did not turn out well for us due to unforeseen events that we had to withdraw the started process. We hope to transact with Raywhite again soon when things will be better in the future especially Declan the estate agent who assisted us. He was very responsive and understanding to us.

He is 100% reliable, very straight and honest to deal with and the communication was always excellent. Buying and selling property can often be painful. Colm makes it as smooth as possible. I have worked with him on 2 occasions... Buying the same house which I subsequently sold to a happy buyer yesterday. So for anyone out there looking to sell or buy, Declan White is an exceptional auctioneer.
