GoogleI’ve just completed on selling my late mother’s home. I feel I hit the jackpot when engaging KT estate agents. From the initial valuation, the advice given on pricing, through to completion day I cannot imagine getting better advice, information or service. Kelly, Ellie and Becky work well as a team. They kept me up to date every week throughout the transaction. They accompanied viewings without question and even assisted with the practicalities of how to dispose of the house contents. All this at a very fair commission. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleIn the past three years I have bought and sold through KT Estate Agents dealing closely with Kelly & Ellie… These people/this company are a class act and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Why? Both ladies are inter-personal and always available. On the rare occasion I couldn’t speak to either, I had a call back within the hour. Keep in mind that this has been the case over two separate transactions! They are friendly, helpful, informative, on the ball, honest, dignified and hard working. As anyone reading this knows, buying and selling houses is a pain in the a***! These guys made the experience so much easier both times for me. They follow up on enquiries, are prepared to make difficult calls and always provide updates. Honestly, If I could rate 6 stars I would. They’re terrific people and I would recommend KT Estate Agents to anyone. Thank you :)

GoogleVery professional and responsive. If I could give them an extra star, I would. I have been a Legal conveyancer for over 45 years dealing with Estate Agents and the service and support I received.during my sale was truly impressive. Both Kelly and Ellie were always available when needed , and delivered in spades.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

The team go above and beyond what you would expect from an Agent, nothing is too much trouble. GoogleAbsolutely fabulous team at KT estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I wasn’t even their client. They respond to emails or phone calls immediately which takes away any frustration. They really put the estate agents that I used to shame. I would 100% recommend this company of ladies. GoogleKelly, Ellie and the team dealt with our property sale brilliantly! After a frustrating year of losing 2 buyers for our house sale we switched to their agency and they found us a buyer in just a couple of weeks, which we have happily now completed on! Many thanks again to you all 😊

GoogleKelly and her team always keep you smiling even in the most stressful of circumstances when things don't go to plan (mostly other people in the chain's solicitors!!). Professional, friendly and efficient at all times, I would highly recommend KT Estate Agents to buy or sell a property in Norfolk.

GoogleWe sold our house using KT Estate Agents, they are absolutely amazing! They are no doubt the best company I’ve ever used due to this being a small local company who look after you. Weekly/daily updates. No complaints.

GoogleKT estate is a great estate agent for selling your property. They only have three staffs but they all seem to have the knowledge of your property. They have been on it in selling your property from day one, and they pushes very hard to help you find the right buyer in the shortest amount of time in comparison with others. I will certainly use them again when I come to buying my next family home.

GoogleKT Estate Agents, if these lovely ladies had not worked so hard I don't think we would of moved! They kept us more informed about ALL parties better than our solicitors did. They go above and beyond consistently! If we ever move again we will be using KT ESTATE AGENTS

GoogleMoving house can be very stressful and my recent experience sadly was but not due to any fault from Kt estate agents. I found the whole team, Kelly, Ellie and Becky so helpful and supportive. They really went the extra mile to make a stressful situation better and found solutions. They sold my house very quickly, kept me well informed along the process, and were always quick to respond to my enquires. Having had poor experiences with other estate agents in the past, I would highly recommend Kt estate agents.

GoogleKT Estate agents were absolutely amazing with our house sale. Having used a so called "bigger" company first who were useless, from the first moment I met Kelly I felt a real confidence that they would sell our house and they didn't disappoint. Their communication was excellent and they couldn't have done more for us. Even after the sale all the work they done speaking to the relevant parties and solicitors was amazing. Poor old Ellie must have been sick of me calling her day in and out, but they did so much to help us. I would highly recommend KT Estate Agents as they provide an excellent service and its great to see an independent company doing well. Thanks for everything Kelly, Ellie and Becky and keep up the good work.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
