These ladies are incredible.
You will not have anything other than commitment from them and amazing support .
My process was difficult to say the least but these wonderful ladies kept me totally informed from start to finish.
Becky was tenacious , professional and so committed to her role. So much so that the chain , (which was lengthy, ) was aware of up to date information due to her being nothing less than a Master Puppeteer! (where her competitors fell short)
Kelly, Ellie and Becky all have continued to go the extra mile, even during their own time.
I could not speak higher of this Team.

GoogleKT Estate Agents handled the sale of my old property and purchase of my new one brilliantly.
Kelly, Becky & Ellie made the whole process seem easy. The advertisement for the sale of my house was amazing and the photos were brilliant. Their fee is very competitive too.
They were honest and transparent with me throughout the whole process and I massively respect that. My property went on the market in the middle of the week and by the first weekend I had 9 viewings lined up. By the Monday it was sold STC. In the end it sold for more than the asking price!
They chased the solicitors frequently on my behalf and kept the whole chain updated as a result. When progress slowed during conveyancing they were there pushing the solicitors and everyone in the chain to keep things moving. Kelly, Becky and Ellie proved to be a true force to be reckoned with in the Estate Agent business.
It was truly refreshing working with an estate agent that respected the fact that you were selling a home, a human being and that moving house can be one of the most stressful things ever.
If I needed anything they were there at the end of the phone, or in the office and always gave service with a smile and a good laugh. Such a brilliant team.
Thank you to KT Estate Agents. I will definitely use them again!

They had genuine enthusiasm and great knowledge when showing me round the property, this backed up their original property listing that had honest photographs with not a wide angle lens in sight. Given the amount of misleading listings and disinterested presentations I got through, this made a big difference!
Ellie and the team were really responsive and happy to chase queries whenever contacted. They were always happy to provide updates or talk through concerns even when I was no doubt being irritating with a 4th call of the week.

Fantastic help and support from Becky, Ellie and Kelly at KT Estate Agents in handling the sale of our property, going way over and above with the service provided. We were kept very well informed throughout, with very quick turn around on questions asked by email or phone. Sadly, despite KT successfully finding a buyer for our property twice during our journey, the vendor of the property that we were buying pulled out and the chain collapsed.
