GoogleI have dealt with RedHouse for 7 years now, over 2 homes. I can not fault the staff, they are professional, friendly to approach and quick to rectify any problems. I viewed one place, which didn’t suit my needs, and was recommended my current house, (which I had not seen) to suit my personal requirements by the agent. 10/10 for customer relations. Would certainly use again and recommend to people.

GoogleHorrendously ran business. Non existent communications except when it suits. Appalling customer service, refusing to repay monies claimed despite numerous attempts on our part to facilitate repayment. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleWould highly recommend red house specially Joshua! He answered every question we had, was extremely friendly and caring, shown us where everything is:) really easy to talk to! Some others in the work place are rude and impolite and was hard to talk to.
