When Fox and Sons get your email and phone number, the harassment begins. I’ve asked them repeatedly to delete my data but they ‘archive’ it and then the phone calls and spam starts again.

Good experience! Whenever I rang through to the office, the people who answered the phone were very friendly and professional.Zoran at the Fox and sons Taunton branch was also incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process! Despite probably being very busy, He always kept in contact with me and provided updates along the way, and always responded quickly. He was very patient and answered all of my questions(!) and was so reassuring throughout the whole process.Now me and my family we are able to move to our beautiful new homeThank you Zoran

They were the worse letting agency that I have worked with, they don't report things from tenant to landlord and vice versa, they are just on the landlord side and not as a in between person to mediate, they don't do their work properly, are very unprofessional, avoid at all costs to work with this people, there are loads of letting agents to work with(Reviewed) One day after I posted this review, Fox & Sons decided to leave a review on google as I'm a tradesman and guess what, they rated me 1 star without having any contact with me in my area, just so you can see how unscrupulous and vengeful this people are, avoid! avoid! avoid! still haven't received my deposit after almost 2 months I left the house I rented through them

TrustpilotI made the mistake of going with Fox and Sons, Bexhill
I made the mistake of going with Fox and Sons in May, and they turned out to be terrible. I dumped them and went with another estate agent. That would have been the end of it, and I wouldn't have left a bad review but... I specifically asked for them to remove my details from their system, and not receive any marketing. Low and behold, I started receiving marketing calls today. So, here's my review of them; Terrible photos, and I had to take my own high def' ones in the end, and even those, they managed to pixelate and screw up when they put them on the web. Even though I showed them round, they kept sending agents to viewings who hadn't been here before, and had no idea where anything was (a large sprawling property). They push all their own financial services and conveyancers, who are rubbish, and have numerous bad reviews on the internet. I had no idea who was in charge, or who I was dealing with from week to week, and they lied about their database of potential buyers. In any case, if I receive any more marketing calls from them I am reporting them to the police for harassment. Don't use them.

Kate,especially, provides a really personal service for the tennant find service and is ‘always on the end of a phone’ offering answers and solutions. She has been brilliant and always goes that extra mile.

I made the mistake of calling to view a house with fox and sons. I then decided not to go ahead and have not stopped receiving calls or emails since. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their contact lists and for them to delete my data from their records but to no avail

At our first meeting Libby demonstrated her organisational skills with preparation of papers and documentation. She explained everything thoroughly. Libby continued to do so throughout the process. My property is for sale with another estate agent. Fox and Sons have my details as they were one of the agents I invited to make a valuation. I didn't mind them phoning a few months later asking if I would reconsider and use them. I politely declined and told them I would contact them if interested and under GDPR regulations remove my data from their records. They promised to do this but have phoned again. Is this a GDPR data breach? Probably..Will I use them after this latest call? No. Will I be rude and make a complaint about a data breach if they call again? Certainly. Pushy

Just bought our like first house through fox and sons of in Eastbourne. Moving down from Croydon foxes were very helpful in talking through areas and recommending properties and found us the perfect place. Steve was super helpful getting the offer accepted and Chris was brilliant in getting us the best mortgage.Wouldn’t have this house without these guys.Mr and Mrs Richards

Appalling service. I had an offer accepted on an apartment in early August and as of Sept 10 had still not heard from them. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. when I finally got one of them on the phone his reaction was the immortal words - well if you need to pull out then do that. If you are a buyer avoid them like the plague

Applied for an MIP with local firm thinking would get a more personal service. Tried back in early July and no response for a few days so decided service was not great! Wanted a responsive service. Then decided would have another go and sent salary slips as requested to the broker 19th July. No response at all to date! Now going to go to an online national service.

GoogleI found the staff very courteous and professional . Libby was always available to talk and to clear up any queries I had with regards my sale . Finalising my sale was difficult but this is sometimes the nature of the beast and I wouldn’t lay any blame on fox and sons . I would use them again .
