We moved into our lovely rented house 10days before the national lockdown, although we were abit disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, lyndsey of forum lettings was very quick in answering our concerns and getting the work done when needed.now we have been here a year we are very happy with the service we have recieved from lyndsey and if we have any problems we can email or ring and things will get sorted quite quickly, would recommend forum sales to anyone who is looking for a property. Thankyou for making our move to a completely new area less stressful.

I dealt mainly with Martin. They have been very accommodating throughout the process - as my husband and I visited the property often (it was empty) to measure up and get builders quotes. Always easy to get hold of. Towards end of the purchasing process Forum helped loads to get things moving with the vendor (the property was in probate) - things that would have taken considerably longer without their help. On day of exchange - Martin even popped up to the cottage to pop the heating on in readiness for our arrival.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Forum Sales & Lettings have managed my property since 2008. Each tenant they found for me was always a good one. They used their experience to find the right tenant to suit and every time they delivered. If ever there was an issue with the property, they were straight on to it. They always checked with me first, but most of the time I used a tradesmen they recommended. I have now just sold my property via their sales department and the service I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Forum Sales & Lettings to anyone, whether is be letting or selling their property. Thank you to everyone at Forum Sales & Lettings and I wish you all the best for the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Highly recommended, Martin sold my flat on a first viewing and helped push to the solicitor along during a nightmare of a purchase with a different company (not theirfault) . I would certainly use Forum estates again should I ever come back to Blandford. Great work Martin and many thinks for surprise gift .

Forum lettings were excellent during a very difficult purchase, they kept us informed at all times, liaised with all parties to help the purchase to go through. We had a particularly 'trying' purchase and the team at Forum sales were always hugely helpful and endlessly patient. They did everything possible to ensure the sale of my flat and onward purchase progressed and they had great links with our local solicitors. This is the second time I have used the services of Forum sales and I would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness

Excellent work from Tom (and Martin) working with a slightly problematic chain. Tom especially worked hard to ensure the transaction went through. Excellent brochure and photography, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

These people will take your money and run away. On the day you move into your property it will be filthy and many things will be broken. You may have to wash down the walls and have the carpets cleaned yourself. They won't even care. Do not use these cowboys, find a private landlord who cares. Enough said.
