We had the most incredible service from Tom right from the outset of the sale of our house in Blandford. He listened carefully to how we wanted to sell the house and sensitively made positive recommendations. Tom marketed the property using modern and innovative sales technology. He was flexible, friendly and fantastic around any problems and negotiations. Communication was first class - Tom kept us informed throughout and his thorough knowledge and expertise of every step of the process kept us afloat even through the most tricky and trying of challenges. He went out of his way to support us through every aspect of the house sale and continually and positively included us in all decisions. His attitude was authentic, positive and reasoned and he matched prospective clients with his experience and knowledge such that we were never without viewings or offers. We highly recommend Tom’s excellent services and those of Forum Sales and Lettings.

I have only the highest praise for the service we received when selling our house through Forum Sales and Lettings. Martin was efficient with communication from the outset. When it came photographing our house, both Martin and Tom took their time and great care to get the shots just right and, as a result, the brochure looked amazing. In fact, it was the initial drone shot of the house which brought it to the attention of our buyers. Great online marketing as well as paper based brochures. Martin and Tom were respectful around the house in terms of removing their shoes (without us asking) and making sure that anyone visiting did the same. The process of selling is never simple, but Martin supported us and the whole chain, making sure we were kept informed and asking us to provide information in a timely manner. Using Whatsapp messaging was a great way of communicating and Martin responded very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If I went into the office, everyone working at Forum Sales and Lettings were helpful, polite and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them, and I must give a particular shout out to Martin.

We knew from the moment we met Martin at Forum Sales and Letting that he was the right person for us. Martin took great care in selling our home of 45 years. He spent the time explaining to my dad of 82 years the processes involved, he turned up early to spend time to chat to my dad as he knew he was desperately lonely. Martin always made sure to confirm anything with me so I heard the info first hand (my dad would get a bit muddled) and he took time to advise on of what was happening in the market. Forum Sales were brilliant at selling my house. It was Martin who dealt with everything from start to finish. We had a couple of bridges to cross as our first buyer had to pull out but Martin readvertised straight away and we started to get viewings. It wasn't back on the market long before we had our new buyers who were very patient whilst I managed to find somewhere new. From start to finish Martin was very helpful and patient and was always on hand at the end of a phone for any queries I had. We all know that buying a house can be stressful, let alone doing it at the start of a worldwide pandemic and a national lockdown, whilst starting a new job ... and it was! It was great to have Martin on our team! His unwavering optimism, friendly advice and professionalism was top draw. None of the challenges we needed to overcome seemed to worry him and we can through them unscathed. If Martin hadn't found us our forever home I would have no hesitation in using him again, but he did and we have no intention of moving! Everyone in the team at Forum Sales & Lettings were really lovely and helpful with the sale of our property. We’d previously gone with a competitor of theirs who never got back to us and didn’t get us any viewings in the 2 weeks we were with them, and we found them rather rude. Within 2 days of being with Forum they’d already booked 3 viewings in for that week and couldn’t be more friendly and responsive.
