Extremely happy with the professional service received from all at DM, especially both Debbie and Anne who assisted me along the way in purchasing our house. They were very calm and supportive, as well as assisting in moving the process along, which, with house moving is always stressful at times.I would always recommend DM to anyone looking to move house, and if ever we move again, we would have no hesitation in using them.

Always available when you needed them, had a great level of knowledge on the property and surrounding area which genuinely helped our potential buyers - they made what can be a stressful process as easy as it possibly could be. I am a first time buyer and have just worked with D M & Homes to buy a shared ownership property. As a first time buyer, they were perfect. All of my queries were answered, they made the process as smooth as possible and kept constant communication to inform me of any issues, and how the process was going. I would highly reccomend them to any one that is buying a property!

DM & Co made buying my first house a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. We were always kept up to date and felt supported throughout the whole process. We also took advantage of their mortgage broker, who for first time buyers made mortgages/finances a lot less daunting! Olivia, Dan and Gareth led us through the process and we have sold our house at a full asking price. We chose DM&Co as our agents to sell our late Mum´s house because they are local, offered a personal and competitive service. I interviewed three other representatives from larger companies but Olivia impressed me. Gareth and then subsequently, Ben have been extremely good communicators which, especially for us as we live abroad, has been essential. I would recommend them without reservation!

DM & Co delivered what they promised without a contract clause.All the staff were not only professional but very respectful and always available for any questions.In particular the communication skills and regular updates from Daniel Brookes whom I mainly dealt with was exceptional.From past experiences DM & Co would be the only estate agent that i would be comfortable to recommend.
