Moving 6 days before Christmas was not in my plans but we made it! I really don’t think this would have been possible if it hadn’t been for Dan’s help, support and continuous chasing! I would highly recommend DM & Co, especially Dan!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Daniel was professional and courteous at all times. He progressed the sale with our interests at heart, but also managed to keep our purchasers happy. If I ever move home again then I’ll definitely use DM again.

We just completed and moved into our new home and been working with Kathy and the rest of the team since the back end of 2019, who overall have been really helpful, straightforward to deal with and do what they can do to get things done. Kathy gave us good advice on the local area and schools, she was prompt with her communication, and she tried her best to intermediate when things got a bit hairy during lockdown with all the delays and difficulties. Overall, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks all!

We put our house on the market with DM & Co in late January and are now happily settled in our new home. DM provided a realistic valuation which raised considerable interest and we were able to accept an offer over the asking price.The service we received at every stage was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Our primary contact was Kathy Griffiths, who handled all of the viewings which took the stress out for us, who kept us fully informed every step of the way.I would happily recommend DM & Co.

We were recommended to DM&Co and they certainly did not disappoint.We had previously been with a different agent and not getting much interest but the sales team at DM&Co brought in prospective buyers by thinking out of the box. The sales team took the time to get as much information about our house as they could and super sales lady Ann always gave us feedback at the end of a viewing.Once we accepted an offer Debbie took over with making sure that the process of exchange was as smooth as possible. At no point did we have to contact her to ask what was going on, she always kept us up to date.We feel that the DM&Co Team work hard to keep themselves up to date with the market and they also seemed to have background knowledge of the viewers they showed around. We moved at the beginning of March so missed the uncertainty that the market is in right now. If any Agent can help you buy and sell during these coming months it will be this Team. We wish them all well and are sure that they will rise to the challenge.

Great engagement throughout from initial valuation to sales lead and progression. Managed to balance encouragement and toughness to a buyer that was slow to exchange & complete after the accepted offer - buyer introduced numerous obstacles which created unnecessary delay. Excellent communications. Got there in the end.

The other agents told me there was a ‘ceiling’ price for property on my road and valued accordingly. I didn’t agree and sought a valuation from DM which came in at exactly the price I had in mind. They then promptly sold it at that price within 6 weeks!! I could have been very out of pocket if I hadn’t trusted Dominic Murphy. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again. Overall very pleased with the service throughout.

I have used DM & CO Homes in Solihull a number of times now. They sold an apartment for us in Hall Green, then Sold both of our detached larger homes in Solihull. They got top money for the houses, the marketing was top notch, and they got viewings in very fast. Both transactions were very long winded and very complex (massive chains and we were selling two and buying 1 - which fell through half way and we had to find another house!) DM&CO took this all in their stride, were always a pleasure to work with, and we completed on both. I would have no hesitation to recommend, and have already sent a few friends to DM&CO already, who have purchased houses in Solihull and have had the same experience. Top Team, Top brand, and going from strength to strength. Keep it up guys, and i'll be in touch for my next move soon!

If you can sell a house with Brexit rumbling on, then you deserve to be recommended to others. We cannot speak highly enough of Ann and Debbie- they make a formidable team. Two totally professional agents who made our dream happen. Debbie in particular was awesome and seems to spend her days "off" on the job through texts, updates and other means of putting her client first- she may not be at work, but for us, she was always working. Well done to this local, independent agent who we would definitely use again.

I could not recommend DM&Co enough! We had a bad experience with two previous estate agents and were just about to completely give up before finding DM&Co. Within one hour of them putting our house up, we had a viewing booked in for the next day. They have been amazing with feedback and contacting us which is where other estate agents were lacking.
