I'm going against all the other comments on this page! I reported a neighbours tree which was so overgrown it was blocking light into properties either side. I liaised with Maxine (Place Manager) and the tree was felled yesterday. It took a few months due to birds nesting but she kept in contact throughout to keep me updated.

I am not happy with you servce I have rung up repair in my bathroom sink water pouring down all over floor and you cannot come out till 17th December and we are pensioner we after pay full rent if we don't pay are rent on time your soon on are back
