Very bad experience. They charge money for nothing. I am forced to pay while I am not receiving any services from them, sounds like a scam. How can you pay for service charge while I have a Freehold property and the surrounding area is in very poor condition. They dont even bother to cut weeds or lawn. I will need to take legal action against them, no other choice.

Everytime I try to pay my rent on line at the weekend the site tells me my reference number does not exist or the site is unavailable for maintenance. On the Monday my wife gets a call then a letter arrives because we are one day late paying through no fault of our own.

I couldn’t be happier with the condition of my house, very little work needed doing on my part. The area and neighbours are fantastic. Bev my housing officer gave me so much information about the area and surroundings which put me at ease as I have lived in Newcastle all my life and moving to a new are was a little daunting for me. My neighbours are really friendly and have made me feel very welcome

Here in Norwich Cotman housing are part of them just used Cotman's facebook message and reported a problem with the courtyard lights. they were brilliant first class, same with reporting problems with the door entry system also in the courtyard. The lovely lady from places for people was great, she helped me as well as someone else had reported a problem but they thought it was the intercom in there flat but nope its the courtyard doors.

My digital showers pump developed a fault, I rang places for people repairs talked to a lovely lady. Within 3 hrs I had two lovely plumbers turn up repair the pump, now this is fast service I am disabled so having my shower back in use is important to me 5 stars for the plumbers and the lady I reported it too.

No hot water or heating due to faulty pressure switch in boiler, engineer carried out a temp fix within hours on a saturday and ordered new part monday morning, part not available till wednesday sometime so appointment made for thursday which is when the same guy came back and carried out a permanent fix. Great service, kept informed of situation through out well done.
