GoogleWould hugely recommend GTH Dorchester. The staff there are so friendly, helpful and really dedicated. We recently purchased our first home through them, after having a really bumpy journey trying to find our first property, and they guided us through all of it and have been fantastic. Will and James in particular were amazing and communicated with us through the whole purchase which ended up only taking 2 months from the offer being accepted to getting the keys. We now have the house of our dreams thanks to them! Thank you guys so much!

If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Ivybridge I strongly recommend Mr Jon Curtis-Hawker, and his team, at this branch of GTH. Not only did he find a buyer for my parents house almost immediately but because of all the sad circumstances involved for me personally and bearing in mind that I lived hundreds of miles away he went above and beyond in taking care to make sure the house was looked after as it was empty and that the sale proceeded smoothly.

As a vendor I needed a company that was on top of the situation and the Dorchester team provided the input i required particularly as the negotiations proved somewhat complicated. Property transactions are inevitably stressful and not having the right Estate agent on your side can make it infinitely more so. I honestly don’t know who uses GTH or why! Tried 3 times now over several months to book a valuation with them. Their online booking form for this is beyond pointless as they never have what they state available! Can’t even get them to value your property how are they going to get people to view it! Truly ridiculous.

There are some changes being implemented, however, we do receive multiple valuation forms each day and state on the form, and subsequent email to clients, that the time/date is a preference only and that our agents will confirm a mutually convenient time.
