Put on house on the market with the company in September we had Chloe to come out and when through everything with us as we didn’t have a clue she was so good and very professional , we then started working along Alice she was absolutely marvellous with the understanding with viewings as my mum very concerned regarding her cats , she kept us in the loop weekly/daily all I can say it the South Molton office staff are all fantastic and thank you all for your help and support

We approached GTH to sell our house after a previously unsuccessful attempt. The local manager Ollie provided a very sensible valuation. Upon listing, the viewings were carried out professionally manner, eventually securing a buyer in what has been a challenging market. We became part of a chain of 13 houses and 14 vendors, ( a company record) a potential nightmare. However careful management of the chain by Ollie and another agent resulted in completion 4months after we found the buyer. I am certain that this was in no doubt part due to the strenuous efforts of GTH staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleDuring a difficult move from one end of the country to the other, we experienced a shameful lack of professionalism and a high level of incompetence from our conveyancers and the estate agents selling our home. Fortunately, we also saw just how good an estate agent can be through our dealings with GTH's Dorchester office, who were selling the property we eventually purchased. Charlotte was a joy to deal with: calm, empathetic and totally professional. If I paid slightly more for the house than I needed (I shall never know, of course!) then this was down to her skills as a negotiator and I didn't begrudge doing so, because I saved myself untold hassle and stress. Certainly the agent I'd use if I was selling in this area.

From the very start of our journey of moving from Oxfordshire, Callum helped accommodate viewings of our new home around the dates that we could travel down which was so helpful for us. Once we had an offer agreed which Gail handled perfectly in securing the house, Billy introduced himself to us as our sales progression manager and honestly he was an absolute godsend!! He communicated with us regularly and chased things when we needed him to! On the day of our move we did have some issues due to solicitors errors but he was on it and did not let up until we had our keys. I did go into the office a few times on completion day as I was a nervous wreck with my son and cat in the car but Isla had a lovely chat with me and was a pleasure to spend time with. All in all buying a house is stressful but they all made it a much better experience 😊

Excellent communication and support throughout the sales process from the Yeovil team. Team visited the house before going on the market to familiarise themselves with the property and have information to hand on viewings. Not always the case when we were viewing other properties! Our sale was managed by Lauren who updated us at every stage and worked with both solicitors and agents to move the chain forward where perhaps progress could have stumbled. Our experience was only positive hence 5 stars!

They were ok once we had an offer accepted. However they wouldn’t let us view the house as another family we’re considering if they wanted to buy it. Even though it was our second viewing. I had to find the owner through her job an email direct. Me and the owner basically did everything else direct. So not sure it was worth the money they had to pay them really. But as I say, they were responsive towards the end of the process
