I had Louis out to value my late mothers house, and for whatever reason I didn't use them, and the house didn't sell. Quite glad it didn't as after a few months I decided to move back and sell my own house. Louis happily came out again to value that house, I was unsure of the value as prices were good but I didn't realise how good, Louis did. I was a little reserved so went in a little lower than he'd advised, it went mad, they had to close the bookings for viewings within a few days as there were just so many, so many people interested, and so many offers too. It sold almost straight away, and for more than the asking price. All the staff were so lovely whenever I dealt with them, I would name them but I fear I might miss someone out but I'm sure they know who they are, and I thank them all. Hoping you read this - The sale completed today and I'm very grateful to you all for all your efforts, I know I'm just another customer but there was still the personal touch and you kept in touch through the whole process to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could. I was very impressed with the initial process. I was selling my Mothers house so wasn’t in a chain. The house sold quickly and I sold to a family with nothing to sell. It took over 6 months for the sale to complete ( which was far too long). I didn’t feel there was any push from Your Move to complete the house sale quickly. At times phone calls weren’t returned and overall I didn’t feel the £2,400 fee was justified.

The worst and most despicable agency. Allowing tenants to live in properties with mould including mushrooms growing and structural damage, which played a big part in deterioration of physic and mental health, not following up on emails and calls. Outright lying to tenants. . I would say avoid like the plague, but I'd rather have the plague than deal with these guys. Couldn't fit all 50+ photos I have showing this health hazard.
