GoogleI understand it's COVID19 and businesses might struggle. I understand it tends to be busy when people try to book a viewing right after house went up for sale. But having to provide my details 3 times because they were 'lost', having to ring multiple times even though they promised to get in touch with viewing date proposal and then being contacted to provide feedback from viewing which had never taken place as they failed to inform me about it... That was the last straw. I will be very reluctant to get and buy any house advertised by them.

The sale was by no means an easy one but the team at this branch ensured the transaction went as smooth as possible. I would certainly recommended them from my experience. And that was all down to the lovely young lady Skye who helped me through every stage with patience. Skye was very responsive whenever I would contact her to ask any question I had/updates and she was always really friendly and an absolute credit to the company. GoogleI had a brilliant experience with William H Brown and couldn’t recommend them enough, I wouldn’t use any other mortgage company, our contact Skye was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly! She had so much patience with me and my husband, and always went the extra mile for us in every aspect, from helping us look for a house, getting the best price, even up to when received the keys! 5 stars, I would highly recommend.

She went above and beyond to help us negotiate, chase solicitors, keep us updated, and pushed to get the completion date that we wanted. I would highly recommend Megan as an estate agent. GoogleTruly fantastic service, everyone but especially Megan gave us the best house buying experience. Megan listened to my wobbles and dealt with me ringing every 5 minutes for updates and was calm, patient and knowledgeable. The rest of the team although we didn't deal with them as much were just as good. Highly recommended.
