⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently spoke with Qas to arrange a viewing, and he was absolutely lovely to deal with. He took the time to listen, answered my questions patiently, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed. What I appreciated most was how understanding he was when my baby was being fussy during our call. He was incredibly patient and kind, never making me feel rushed. Very easy to deal with. Professional and Cherylin in particular was super helpful. We had been given notice from our landlords they were selling their property and we needed to find a new home quickly and Cherylin from the first phone call we made to discuss the house we now rent was amazing and understood the pace we were looking to work at. She helped with us obtain the keys earlier than usual and arrange our move in dates. She kept us up to date and informed of everything along the way. I recently transferred my entire Doncaster rental portfolio to the team at Moss Properties and, so far, I've been very pleased with the service I've received. I've been really impressed with the professionalism of the team in dealing with me, the previous letting agents and my tenants. It's been great to see their communications have been transparent and my tenants have been sensitively managed, reassuring them that they will be providing my tenants a fully managed service. On a personal note, I've enjoyed working with the whole team who took time to set up video meetings and walk me through the transfer process and setting up a group chat to keep me informed was a very nice touch! In addition, they have also taken on a new property for me and I've been very impressed in the creative way they have been marketing it using social media as well as the 'traditional' property channels. I would like to thank Victoria, Frances, Zara, Rhiane, the digital media and the sales teams for being very supportive and helping to move everything across to Moss Properties.
