GoogleI’m very blessed to have met Anita by chance in manchester nail salon. She helped me, during a stage our mortgage adviser let us down in helping us in the process to of purchase the family home we wanted. Anita listened and analyse the situation and told us it possible and in 2 days she submitted the application. As she advised us it’s best to quickly submit the application, as the bank interest is rising even more. Manage to get it at 3.6% in mid September period. In the following weeks interest was 6%. We are from Manchester and our home purchase is in manchester. She is seriously the Most efficient, fast, hardworking, realistic, experienced, organised, and prompt person I’ve ever worked with. She communicated with us throughout the process leading up to completion. Even reminded and prompted us throughout. Anita and her team made it happened. We get the keys on 1 at November. Not only she helped us but also saved us during our mortgage application was let down. And we almost thought we had to tell the agency to put it back into market as the previous broker said it was not possible and no other way but to purchase a cheaper home. I’m very very grateful to Anita and her team and her recommended solicitor she worked along side with. Waste no time and definitely must book with her. Distance is not a problem with Anita. Her work ethics is Top, the best. You have her word and can count and trust her. She helped us and others and surely can help many more! Thank you anita and def will use your service again without a doubt.

GoogleI had a really positive experience speaking with Ella today. Although the property I was originally enquiring about had already been sold, she was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She immediately sent me details of another property to look at which I really appreciated. Very friendly, professional and proactive. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleI have only recently started viewing properties, and the whole experience can be quite daunting, but not with Ella, she was very welcoming, not pushy in the slightest, and very open with information about the property. The few queries I had remaining with the property, have been promptly chased up, and Ella has kept me in the loop throughout. Very impressed.
