GoogleVery horrible company. I regret the day I decided to rent with Habodel. Rented out a house that needed deep renovation but they just painted it over. Moved in and started noticing everything wrong with the house. So much mold, condensation and damp. This has greatly affected my health and that of my little boy. I have complained severally but they keep delaying. If you value your physical and mental health, avoid this landlord

GoogleWhere do you start with these? Happy to let tenant's pay money for sub standard properties with no heating and damp, but minute you complain, there you go eviction notice. Be careful of the ladies that come out, they love to give a good push if things don't go there way. Would avoid at all costs.

GoogleI have been a tenant for habodel for over a year now, they are amazing with repairs, I am really happy with my house and the staff are always very helpful. I have just renewed my contract for the next 3 years, if you are looking to rent a home I would 100% recommend.

GoogleAbsolute disgrace, I've lived in my property 7 years and habodel bought them in December and have made over 20 people homeless, many with kids, I've tried to discuss this with a lady called Andrea Shenton and her attitude and the way she spoke deeply shocked me. MY ADVICE STAY WELL AWAY.

GoogleWish I could give 0. The most incompetent company I have ever had dealings with. Stay well away. They own the freehold to the property I own. Never take any interest and getting action taken when required is like extracting teeth. Do not use this company, they will fail you.

GoogleI have absolutely no words to justify this landlord. No heating for weeks & sometimes months, mould, damp and repairs which NONE have ever been sorted by the landlord. How you can leave tenants in these conditions is beyond me.
