GoogleSarah Sanderson at the Doncaster branch was really helpful, she is always so bright and chirpy, sounds like she smiles when she talks to you on the telephone !! We sold our house within 24 hours with the branch and could not praise them enough .

FacebookWe moved house on Friday and I cannot recommend Haart enough. There have been several hiccups with selling my property (not due to Haart) and the outstanding service these guys provided for it to be all sorted out for me. Roz especially is fantastic at what she does and Sarah aswell. They really went above and beyond. Bless them for their patience with me too due to constantly calling for updates. Anybody wanting to sell there property...use Haart. I can not even explain how passionate they are. Thankyou so much for making it possible for us to find our family home ����

FacebookTerrible service. They send a valuer who is listed as a negotiator on their website with an excellent sales pitch but cannot live up to their simple promises. This agency is very expensive but I thought after bad experiences with 2 cheaper agents then it might be worth paying more to get a better service/viewings. I removed my property from another agent who had not done what they had promised and I made this clear at my valuation appointment. However I wasn't listened to and it turns out Haart Doncaster are just the same as any other estate agent, the only difference being they charge double the fee! They only act on amending property listings if chased and my recent complaint email has been ignored. Avoid at all costs, don't waste your time.

FacebookHaving put our house on the market with Haart back in August we’ve had no offers or solid interest. The floor plan was incorrect to start with which was amended. We’ve had people arrange viewings who haven’t any mortgage offer in place, or know if they can even obtain a mortgage, so a complete waste of my time and theirs. Although we’re contracted until January I’ve instructed Haart no more pointless viewings and I’ll be using competitor in the new year. Very very disappointed.

GoogleI only selected Poor - Fair because there wasn't an absolutely rubbish option. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using Haart in Doncaster to sell your house to stay well clear.... and if you're buying from someone using them I wish you all the best! I am in the final stages of selling my house and I can honestly say the whole process from start to finish has been a total farce. Poor communication and updates, Ended up negotiating myself, received several letters with wrong agreed fee stated on them, Drawn out process yet a very small chain, different people dealing with the sale....... I could go on. DO NOT USE THEM
