GoogleFirst time I contacted Heart Estate Agency in Doncaster I was very impressed by their absolutely brilliant, polite, telephone manners. A friendly, helpful, respectful way which was repeated each time on the phone or face to face. I particularly liked being called by my surname. My first contact was about visiting a property. Encouraged by this very professional approach I decided to ask for a valuation of our own. Luke Sanders turned up. Again, it was an excellent, knowledgeable and mature approach, which convinced us to choose Heart to sell our property. From start to finish, and I mean Finish (the actual day of completion) the work put in by the whole team was second to none, every step of the way we were kept informed, calls returned promptly, emails attended to, instructions implemented adequately. It shows communications skills are their up most priority. At every visit to the Doncaster branch in person I was faced with a warm, friendly, smiling welcome, which made me feel valued, respected and moreover listened to! The whole team are, great professionals who enjoy their work and do it to the best of their ability Experienced, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, friendly to share a cuppa with, I want to say "go heartedly with Haart". It is a trustworthy estate agency. And ok, let me mention a few names as individual praises are well deserved: Lois, Luke, Deborah, Sarah, Rosalind, and all other members of the team who have answered my calls and have taken part, alongside their colleagues, in this most important time in one's life: selling one's home. The secret of Haart is to understand this as an affair of the heart.
