Founded in 2007, In House Sales & Lettings are an independent estate agent covering Wallingford, Didcot, surrounding villages and the whole of South Oxfordshire. We are located in Wallingford in our brand new Property Centre. For the record we would like to point out that as a policy In House record the names of all potential buyers and sellers, on checking our records we have never had a client or any dealings with a "Sophie botta". Therefore this is more likely to be a jealous competitor lowering our ratings rather than working harder to raise their own! IH.

The Orchard staff have been really proud of our record of 100% 5 star reviews since we opened, so were upset and surprised by our first 2 star one, which has now decreased our average.
