GoogleVery poor service could not tell me about a property and became rude when I could not tell them the name of the property or its post code.. I asked her have you any properties for sale in this village her reply was try another office without giving me their number and hung up !!! That's Bradley's for you ...

We take our service extremely seriously and have discussed this situation which doesn't appear to have been anyone from our Bovey Tracey office. GoogleEmailed Mon 8th Aug for more info on a property, chased by calling Wed's 10th and on Fri 12th, on Fri 12th was told they couldn't find the info and someone was back from holiday on Mon so would get to me then. Didn't hear anything so chased Fri 19th and was told by Jade that someone would get back to me on Friday - didn't hear anything. Feel sorry for the people who have trusted them to sell their property when they're ignoring interested potential buyers

Saw a property to rent that looks ideal so clicked online to arrange a viewing. Took about 30 minutes to complete their registration as I had to open an Experian account to get my credit score - among other things!
