GoogleHad a massive challenge to sell my late fathers flat in Devon and after little real progress with a previous estate agent, the team at Bradleys were really proactive right when things were difficult. Their patience, communication and general engagement and support was brilliant with Jodi always on hand to answer one of the multiple questions I had. As things took time due to it being a probate sale, the focus on doing things differently with videos and proactive advertising worked in the end and although the housing market had become difficult, the team did so very well. Huge thanks to Jodie, Dan and Tariq.

Our home sold in 48 hours due we are sure to their marketing skills backed up by a great video of the property.
Three months later the sale fell through. No fault of Tariq and his team, just one of those things with a buyer changing their mind.

The discussion around your price was suggested, due to wanting to ask more than we had initially proposed, and therefore, a strategy would be required in case it is not successful. We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.
