GoogleWe were reccomended Dan by a friend after our house didnt sell at first attempt. He not only found us a buyer within weeks but worked incredibly hard to keep the chain together and ensure we got to completion. Communication was first rate throughout the process and we would recommend Caulfields to anyone thinking about moving. They were excellent.

FacebookThe sign says it all! Excellent service from day one and now we’ve sold! Dan spent over 2 hours with us when valuing our house which made us feel certain we were getting the best advice and advertising at the right price. We were only on the market for just over 2 weeks which is very quick!

FacebookI don’t think words can do justice on the service we received from Dan! I genuinely feel our chain would of fallen through if Dan wasn’t acting as our estate agent! Dan chased and chased for us. He kept everyone in our chain (even our vendors who weren’t his client) calm. He managed everyone’s expectations and with his help we are now sat in our new home and our buyers are in theirs. When we first met Dan, we really liked his friendly manor. We found him professional and approachable. He gave great and honest advice from the price we should advertise our house for, taking the best photos for us and even collaborating it all together for Rightmove. Go with Dan. If there are any tricky situations. He will go into bat and get it sorted and if not... he is just a great guy!
